With over 20 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Yahya is a passionate and results-driven professional dedicated to creating safe and healthy work environments. His expertise spans diverse sectors, including healthcare, laboratory, construction, and facilities management.

Yahya is a Chartered Occupational Health and Safety practitioner (IOSH, UK) and a Certified Safety Professional (BCSP, USA). His impressive credentials also include:

Yahya's educational background is equally strong, holding a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Atlantic Technological University (Ireland), a NEBOSH International Diploma (UK), and a Master of Arts Degree in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John University (UK).

A skilled communicator, Yahya excels at translating complex OHS regulations into actionable strategies. His leadership has empowered teams to achieve significant reductions in workplace accidents and incidents. He is particularly passionate about fostering strong safety cultures through behavioral-based safety programs and employee engagement initiatives.

Yahya has extensive experience in healthcare accreditation, having participated in numerous surveys with leading accreditation bodies, including Joint Commission International (JCI), Accreditation Canada (AC), Australian Council on Health Services (ACHS), The Central Board of Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions in Saudi Arabia (CBAHI), and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Furthermore, Yahya possesses a proven track record in emergency management program development, including plan development, training, and conducting exercises and drills. He is trained in incident command system protocols, crisis management, and possesses comprehensive knowledge of NFPA fire safety standards, including successful completion of a certified fire safety professional course.
